1. About Rooster Club

Rooster Club is a marketplace and community app that connects poultry and gamefowl enthusiasts to list, discover, and discuss birds and related products. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login secure.

3. The app is a connector only

Rooster Club only helps buyers and sellers find and contact each other. All deals, payments, transport, and exchanges happen directly between users, outside the app. We are not a party to any transaction, we do not handle payments, and we do not guarantee any listing, bird, price, or user.

4. No responsibility for transactions

You deal with other users at your own risk. Always verify the bird and the seller in person before paying. Rooster Club is not responsible for losses, fraud, disputes, health of birds, or any harm arising from deals between users. We provide no refunds and run no escrow.

5. Your listings and content

You are responsible for what you post and confirm you have the right to sell what you list and to share any photos or videos. Listings must be accurate and lawful. We may remove content or listings, and suspend or ban accounts, that break these Terms or the law.

6. Prohibited use

Do not post false, illegal, abusive, or misleading content; do not harass others; do not attempt to defraud; and do not use the app for anything unlawful in your jurisdiction.

7. Sensitive content and viewer discretion

Rooster Club is a community for traditional gamefowl and poultry breeds. Photos and videos posted by users may show these birds' natural behaviour — including sparring, displays of aggression, and everyday farm life — which some viewers may find intense. Viewer discretion is advised; the app is intended for adults (18+) who are comfortable with this subject matter. Content that depicts or promotes animal cruelty or organised animal fighting is strictly prohibited, and we remove such content and may ban the accounts that post it. If you see it, please report it using the in-app report option.

8. Badges, features and credits

Badges, leaderboard positions, featured listings, and referral credits are provided as-is to recognise activity and may be changed, recalculated, or removed at our discretion. They have no cash value.

9. Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rooster Club is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

10. Account deletion

You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account. This permanently removes your profile and personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms; continued use means you accept the changes. Questions: support@roosterclub.co.in.
