Rooster Club · account & data deletion

You can permanently delete your Rooster Club account and personal data at any time. There are two ways to do it.

Option 1 — Delete in the app (fastest)

Open Rooster Club and go to Profile → ··· menu → Delete account. You'll confirm, and your account is removed immediately.

Option 2 — Request by email

If you can't use the app, email support@roosterclub.co.in from any address with the phone number on your account. We will verify it's you and delete your account.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes your:

Profile and personal details (name, phone number, location)
Listings, posts, photos and videos
Chats and messages
KYC documents (ID photo and selfie)
Follows, reviews, badges and referral records

What may be retained

We keep only limited records that we are required to retain for legal, fraud-prevention, or dispute reasons, and only for as long as necessary. Shared transaction records (such as a deal receipt) may remain visible to the other party to that deal.

How long it takes

In-app deletion is immediate. Email requests are processed after we verify your identity, typically within a few days.
